You can pay with cheque, cash or credit card via "PAYPAL" a secured payment method, subject as per standard credit card charge of 3.5% . VISA, MASTER, DELTA. SWITCH, and most major credit cards.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Excesses: (payable on arrival with deposit)

Add £40 extra on Rugby meetings, Easter, The Festival and Christmas.

Rate is £220-£260 per night for New Year, minimum stay any 5 nights from 28th December - 5th January.

Full payment for this period is due before arrival no later than 1st December

A 30% non refundable deposit will secure a booking and full payment is due at least 2 weeks before arrival.

Any credit card detail taken will secure an apartment up till 2 weeks before arrival where 30% is due. anything cancelled after 2 weeks before arrival and the full amount is due. 

A Full inventory is available on request and all damage will be billed for at commercial rates.

A refundable deposit of £100 is due on arrival to cover potential mishaps.

Possible discounts are available for weekly and long term stays. Please enquire .

All cancellations should be confirmed in writing, please note the cancellation charge. ie non refundable deposits or payments.
